Urban Gleaners X Salt & Straw Flavor Launch

Salt & Straw is launching their Certified Upcycled menu for the month of April and we’re a part of it! We gleaned bananas that were too ripe to sell in the grocery store that our friends at Salt & Straw then used to create “Chocolate Caramel Potato Chip Banana Bread.” This flavor will be served alongside other upcycled flavors like Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownies (v), Passionfruit Yuzu Mochi Donuts & Whey Curd, and Malted Chocolate Barley Milk (v). The menu will be running all month long at all of their scoop shops, so go taste some gleaned banana ice cream – it’s delicious!
